How we use your information

Axifore operates this website. We use the information you give us to answer repair enquiries, keep service records and check referral claims.

What we collect

Our enquiry form collects your name, phone number, organization, service request, message and any referrer number you enter. The referral form collects the referrer’s name and phone, bill number, customer first name and last four digits of the customer’s phone. We do not ask for a full bill image or UPI details on this website.

Visitor records

We use a first-party browser cookie to count visits and recognize a returning browser. This record is anonymous until information is submitted in a form. Clearing or blocking cookies may stop recognition.

Why we use it

We contact you about your request, keep enquiry records, check paid bills and referrals, and prevent duplicate claims. Only Axifore staff handling enquiries and claims should access these records. This site uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and its database to store submitted information.

Your choices

Only submit a customer’s bill information if they agreed to share it with you. To ask about, correct, or request removal of information you submitted, call our receptionist. We may need to keep some transaction records for accounting or dispute handling.
